Return Policy Overview
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition

Returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included documents
There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at:

After the 24-hour cancellation window, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be processing. Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy.
Return Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
There is no cost to the customer if the product arrives defective, damaged by the carrier, incorrect, or affected by an Opalvita error.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at hello@opalvita.com and we’ll help make it right.
For approved issues due to an Opalvita error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item received, Opalvita may provide a replacement at no cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
If a return is required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Opalvita will reimburse reasonable standard return shipping costs after the returned item has been received and inspected. Proof of return shipping cost is required.
Customer Remorse Returns
For returns due to customer remorse or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
This includes returns where:

The wrong item was ordered

The item does not fit

The item is no longer wanted
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
Please keep your return shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been received and processed.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us
Email us at hello@opalvita.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Pack Your Item
Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
3. Send It Back
Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return criteria.
If your return is approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
For customer-remorse returns, return shipping costs are not reimbursed, and original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, eligible standard return shipping reimbursement may also be included.
Order Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@opalvita.com with your order number.
We will review the situation and investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return.
Any non-returnable products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
